Yoink ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile application that lets you photograph objects and receive printed die-cut stickers mailed to your address. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
You can create an account with an email address and a password. We store your email address to identify your account and to let you recover your saved stickers and order history on a new device. You can also use the app without creating an account — in that case we create an anonymous account on your device so the app can save your work, with no email required.
Photos and Images
You may grant camera or photo library access to capture images for sticker creation. These images are uploaded to Firebase Storage, processed to remove backgrounds, and used to fulfill your sticker order. We do not use your images for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.
Shipping Address
To mail your stickers, we collect your name and shipping address. This is shared with our print fulfillment partner (Printful) solely for the purpose of shipping your order.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details. Stripe may collect and retain payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Usage Data
We collect anonymous usage data through Firebase Analytics, including app interactions, crash reports, and device information (device model, OS version, app version). This data does not identify you personally.

3. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third parties only as necessary to provide our service:
- Firebase (Google) — authentication, cloud storage, database, and analytics
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
- Printful — print fulfillment and shipping (receives your artwork and shipping address)
- Google Play — app distribution
We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as required for legal and business purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
5. Children's Privacy
Yoink is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including Firebase Security Rules and encrypted HTTPS connections. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
